Few Days back one of my friend got a new HP notebook, was much excited to use Window 7 Starter which came wid it. But later he came to know dat Window 7 Starter does not facilitate changing Desktop Background, then he googled it out and found the solution which m goin to share wid u all.
There's an application named Oceanis Change Background Windows 7 provided by Oceanis so that you can change the desktop background with a optional desktop slideshow (shuffle) in the Windows 7 Starter and Home Basic editions.
Steps:
1. Download the Oceanis Change Background Windows 7 ZIP file below provided by Oceanis, click on Save, and save it to your Desktop.

2. Extract Oceanis Change Background Window 7.zip
3. Run the Oceanis_Change_Background_W7.exe file
4. You might be prompted to restart ur system to complete the installation
5. When your computer restarts, you will see this as your desktop background. Click on the Oceanis Change Background Windows 7 shortcut to change your desktop background. (see screenshot below)
6. Browse to the images that you want to use and check (select) a image, or more than one image to have a desktop slideshow. Select the Picture position for how you want the images displayed, and any desktop slideshow settings if you selected more than one image. (see screenshots below)

Tips:
1. If the Oceanis Change Background Windows 7 program no longer works properly after installing some Windows Updates, then uninstall and reinstall the Oceanis Change Background Windows 7 program to have it run properly again.
2. If you get a quick flash of your new background image before it becomes a black wallpaper again, then see if changing the theme to a Windows Classic theme and apply, and change it back to the Windows 7 Basic theme and apply may help.
Warning:
If you ever do a in-place upgrade to another higher level edition of Windows 7 in the future, then be sure to uninstall this Oceanis Change Background Windows 7 program first to avoid incompatibility issues with it in the new edition of Windows 7. Friends here's a trick to download your Favourite Online Flash Game and to play it offline.
Just follow the simple steps mentioned below.
First of all you will need a Download Manager which you can download from here.
Also, you will need a Flash/SWF Player to play the game, click here to download.
Steps:
1. Go to the page with Flash Game that you want to download.
2. Let the page to load completely.
3. Right click on the left/right side of the page and click on View Page Source (For Mozilla).
4. Press Ctrl + F and search for .swf.
5. Then select that link (for e.g http://www.playhub.com/swf/dummy-never-fails-c.swf).
6. Paste it in Add URL option in your Download Manager and start download.

Google has added a new section to their search engine dedicated to finding recipes. It can be found by expanding the left sidebar on Google search results page by clicking on the “More” button. The Recipe View lets you narrow your search results to show only recipes, and helps you choose the right recipe amongst the search results by showing clearly marked ratings, ingredients and pictures.
Searching for a recipe shows constituting ingredients which lets you further narrow down your search by selecting available ingredients. You can also filter recipes by cooking time – less than 15 min, less than 30 min etc. and calorie count for the health conscious. And if Google fails to bring you the recipe you are looking for, you still got a whole lot of dedicated recipe search engines to try out.
